Managing
Director, CEO, Finance Director and Company Secretary
- Shane Healy
Shane, from Australia, is an accountant
and holds a Master of Accountancy degree, a Bachelor of
Financial Administration degree and a Diploma in Practice
Management from the University of New England and is professionally
associated with the Australian Society of Certified Practicing
Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries
and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He joined the board of New Millennium
Resources Limited in April 2004 prior to which he had extensive
experience in public company environments holding the
position of Director and Company Secretary of a number
of ASX listed entities. Shane has also held senior management
and consulting roles with medium to large corporat ions,
including Japanese multi nationals.
Shane lives in Perth Australia having recently
moved from Sydney where he has spent the large proportion
of his business life. |

Non-executive
Director - Gregory Craig Foster
Gregory, from Australia, is a businessman
with extensive experience in marketing. Greg has been
involved with a number of national and international companies
crossing a broad range of industries and products.
He has headed up his own consulting organisation for
over 30 years with clients in manufacturing, distribution
& retail of consumer products. He specialised in the
automotive industry and was elected by his peers as a
foundation Board Member of the Australian Automotive Aftermarket
Association.
Greg's passion is motorsport, where
he has been able to devote a large proportion of his time
to the pursuit of this interest, participating at the
highest levels including several years' involvement in
Formula 1 Grand Prix. He is currently acting as mentor
to several young drivers in their quest to make it to
the top.

Non-executive
Director - James Eric Gilchrist
James is an Australian businessman with
extensive experience in the public and private company
environment. After several years in the military, James
was engaged in the building and construction industry
as a contractor and developer of commercial properties
in inner Sydney. In 1990 he created and implemented a
computer based building control and energy management
system. James then moved into the infant IT industry,
developing national data networks for building supply
and logistics companies.
In 1995 he established the first non-banking
online internet clearance and payments service. In 2001
his business was acquired by an ASX listed company. Since
2002, James has been involved in commercial property development
in Sydney.
Jim is a fly fishing tragic, feared
by trout the world over.
